HOTEL SAFETY REGULATIONS

1. Fire protection

The building has powder extinguishers. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, we ask our guests to leave the building according to the escape route posted in the rooms. The floor plan of your living area is visible on the room door, and the red arrow shows the way to the emergency exit.

No flammable or explosive materials (e.g. PB gas cylinders) may be brought into the hotel area. The entire width of the traffic routes and exits must be left clear at all times. In order to avoid fires, the use of personal electrical appliances (e.g. coffee makers, electric kettles, irons, etc.) in the room is not permitted.

The room and its equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.

The use of electrical heat generators in the room is PROHIBITED! Smoking and open flames are PROHIBITED in the room! Before leaving the room, please make sure that there are no fire-causing objects in the room and turn off all electrical appliances. Always keep the room locked, and when leaving, please close the windows and the balcony door.

The hotel operates an electronic surveillance system, which is managed by the hotel staff. In order to avoid fires, we ask that you smoke only in the designated areas on the hotel premises. For fire safety reasons, please always turn off electrical appliances when leaving the room. In case of an emergency, please call the reception at +3630 3087447.

In the event of a fire alarm, please leave the building immediately; the escape route is posted on the room door. Always keep the room locked, and when leaving, please close the windows.

 

2. Other general safety information

A safe in the room offers a safe solution for storing your valuables, which is free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash left in the rooms. Our hotel has security cameras monitoring the public areas, the hotel entrances and exteriors. The recordings are handled in accordance with legal regulations.

HOTEL OPERATION INFORMATION

Hotel check-in: the room can be occupied from 14:00. In case of earlier arrival, luggage storage can be arranged in the hotel's luggage room. Check-out: the room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Luggage storage can be arranged if necessary.

Room types

1. Standard room
There are 3 of this room type in the hotel on the ground floor. Each room has a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and is suitable for 1 or 2 people. One of these rooms is barrier-free and has barrier-free access.

2. Standard plus
There are 2 of this room type, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. These rooms have a double bed and a full-size sofa bed. They can comfortably accommodate three people.

3. Standard with terrace
This room type has a comfortable double bed and a modern bathroom, making it even more comfortable. It also has a terrace in front of the room overlooking the garden.

4. Standard plus with terrace
There are 3 of this room type available to guests. In addition to the comfortable double bed, there is also a full-size sofa bed in the room. The modern, special bathrooms are equipped with a shower. They can comfortably accommodate three people. The terrace in front of the rooms overlooks the garden, which completes the feeling of relaxation and rest

5. Romantic with terrace
This room is the ideal choice for couples who love romance. The huge bathroom has a claw-foot bathtub and a sofa to complete the romantic atmosphere. The room also has a terrace overlooking the garden.

6. Superior
There are 3 of this room type, each with a double bed that can be separated and a full-fledged sofa bed. Thus, they are suitable for accommodating up to 3 people in separate beds. The exclusive space in front of the rooms is ideal for conversation and reading.

7. Suite
The hotel has 3 suites, one of which has two bedrooms - two double beds - and a kitchen. This allows for comfortable accommodation for up to 4 adults. The other two suites have a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. These suites comfortably accommodate two adults and two children.

Breakfast is included in all bookings. Breakfast is available in the breakfast room from 7:30 to 10:00. A rich breakfast buffet - cold and hot dishes, fruit, pastries, coffee specialties made from freshly ground coffee and soft drinks are available to our guests. We also cater for special needs (gluten- lactose- dairy-free).

Our outdoor and indoor cafés offer special

We welcome our guests with delicious coffee, soft drinks and cakes. Our outdoor café offers complete relaxation in the shade of a huge walnut tree with flowers and a green lawn. An island of peace in the middle of the city centre. Silence, good air, birdsong, good coffee, good company.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Our hotel guarantees reservations so that your reservation will not be cancelled even in the event of late arrival (after 6 pm). We always ask for a credit card guarantee when booking a room online. A deposit is required for certain arrival dates and room rates. Please see our deposit payment conditions when booking!

Payment by credit card
Our hotel accepts the following types of credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro.

Payment with Szép Kártya
Our hotel accepts the Szép Kártya issued by OTP, MKB and K&H Bank.

Check-in to the hotel: from 2 pm to 7 pm.
Check-out from the hotel: by 10 am.

Early arrival, late departure
Early check-in can only be guaranteed by paying for the previous night. Otherwise, it is possible to reserve the room earlier on site, subject to availability. If the service is not available on the requested day, the hotel's luggage room is available to you free of charge.

Late check-out is available until 1 pm, subject to availability, free of charge. After that, 50% of the daily room rate is payable until 4 pm, and after 4 pm, the service is provided against payment of the full daily room rate. If late check-out is not available on a given day, the luggage room is available to our guests free of charge.

 

Cancellation of individual reservations
To cancel your hotel reservation without penalty, you must notify the hotel at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the date of arrival and room type. If the reservation is cancelled later (within 48 hours), the hotel will charge the penalty amount stated in the confirmation. Please inquire about the details of the cancellation policy and the prepayment conditions when booking!

 

With children at the hotel
Children under 2 years old can stay at the hotel free of charge. Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged an additional fee of €20 per night when sharing a room with their parents/guardians. A cot is available for children upon prior request. An extra bed for an older child is only possible in the standard plus and superior rooms. A high chair is available in the hotel's breakfast room. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay in the hotel without an adult.

Pets in the hotel
Our hotel allows dogs and cats to be kept in the hotel rooms under certain conditions. The stay of a pet is possible for an extra charge of 15 EUR/day (without board).

When a guest checks in, the hotel records general personal data for each guest using the document reader. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider will refuse to provide the accommodation service.

Our hotel staff works every day to ensure that your stay here is truly relaxing and memorable. To this end, we would like to bring to your attention some important information, compliance with which serves the common interest of all of us. We trust that you will accept our requests with understanding, which we have formulated for your comfort and a smooth guest experience.

 

HOTEL STAY RULES:
In order to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Please use the designated smoking areas only if you do so. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! If this rule is violated, we will be forced to charge double the confirmed room rate per night, but a minimum of HUF 50,000. We appreciate your support for the high-quality and uninterrupted operation of our hotel by acknowledging this provision.

It is not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel, and persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on the hotel premises.

The hotel is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect if the Guests do not use the room provided (or other areas of the hotel) for their intended purpose or do not comply with the hotel's safety regulations and rules.

It is prohibited to store flammable or explosive materials in the room, and to operate coffee makers, water heaters, irons and other electrical appliances brought from home!

In the hotel (as an institution for rest, recreation and relaxation), regardless of the time of day, any intentional disruptive behavior or behaviour that exceeds the framework of human coexistence according to public perception and disturbs the rest, peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of other Guests is prohibited. In particular, it is prohibited to demonstrate behavior that is capable of intimidating others, constitutes harassment or can be classified as harassment.

Our staff are entitled to warn any Guest who is disruptive, loud, or under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances and who behaves in an offensive manner. After multiple warnings, the hotel is entitled to unilaterally terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect and to immediately expel the person from the hotel without any obligation to pay a refund or compensate for damages.

It is of utmost importance to us that everyone can relax in a clean, tidy and pleasant environment. However, there may be occasions when more thorough cleaning than usual is necessary in the rooms or in our communal areas - for example, in the restaurant. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the resulting additional costs, but at least an extra cleaning fee of HUF 20,000.

During the buffet meals, we are happy to offer you unlimited choice, but please only put the amount you actually want on your plate.

Food waste is a shared responsibility of all of us, so we can work together to ensure that as little food as possible ends up in the trash unnecessarily.

FIRE PROTECTION REGULATION
